McKenzie's focus is to help you explore and discover your heartfelt desires through mindful and embodied practices such as movement of the body or working through releasing limiting beliefs and judgments from the mind. She incorporate accessibility, compassion, and connection by taking the time to work with you one-on-one through working as a team towards your daily and life goals.
