Jess has been working as a qualified integeral yoga instructor since 2017. I first encountered the benefits of ashtanha yoga at universuty in 2001 and found my way back to hot vinyaassa flow yoga in 2015 while living in london, I had some real physical breakthroughs after practicing daily when I felt my body realine and as I let go of lots of unserving energy.
I enjoy teaching a basic routine with some breathe work some mantra and ending in some yoga nidra or deep relaxation. Leave calm centred and revivedr
