Welcome to MHYoga - Mindfulness • Healing • Yoga. I founded MHYoga hoping to share life journey with those who wish to understand and connect to themselves on a deeper level, accept and love who they truly are. Mindfulness, is the art of living in the Now. The most direct route to mindfulness is through the physical body. Yoga is not about being bendy but uniting and healing yourself. It’s not about comparing yourself to others but accepting and loving who you are. It’s about being healthy without pushing yourself to your limit. It’s about slowing down to get strong. It’s about breathing and moving and smiling on the inside. When the physical body is relaxed without constraint, the accumulated stress is then released and inner feelings surface. This is when healing begins. The goal of yoga is not to bend like a pretzel but get to know who you truly are through the process. May you walk with me!

MHYoga - Mindfulness • Healing • Yoga was founded by Tina Wang. Tina graduated from University of British Columbia and she is an MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) level I - IV teacher trained by the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre. After she returned to Taiwan to found MHYoga, she also teaches mindful yoga in multiple corporations and organizations. She is a yoga instructor certified by Yoga Alliance and Yin Yoga teacher trained by Yin master Bernie Clark. Tina is devoted to combine mindfulness with yoga to jump-start the human body's self-healing mechanisms and help her students to heal themselves. When teaching she hopes for her students to find balance mentally, physically and emotionally providing them with a practice that they can tap into the inner power we all possess.
MHYoga - 正念 • 療癒 • 瑜珈,由 Tina Wang 所創辦。加拿大哥倫比亞大學畢。英國牛津大學正念中心培訓認證正念認知 I - IV教師。返台設立 MHYoga 正念瑜珈工作坊後並兼任多所企業瑜珈社團指導教師。為美國瑜珈聯盟認證的瑜珈老師,也是大師 Bernie Clark 受訓認證的陰瑜珈老師。她致力於結合瑜珈與正念啟動人身體原有的自癒力,協助學生療癒身心。教學中她提供的練習希望學生們能在精神,身體與情緒上找到平衡,進而找回自己真實的力量。
