About me: 

Hi! My name is Tori :) 
I have been practicing yoga on and off for more than 12 years. I've always had the desire to learn more about this ancient practice, but until recently I never had an opportunity that worked for me. As we all know, 2020 is a year to remember (or forget depending on who you ask), but one of the bright side impacts of COVID-19 for me personally is that it made it possible for me to finally take a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course! I am trained in Vinyasa style yoga through a Yoga Alliance accredited school, The Abbey, in which I had four wonderfully talented yoga instructors. This journey was a huge blessing, and I am thrilled to have a space now to extend what I have learned to all who take my classes.
