We provide mental health counseling services to high achievers in New York. We help high achievers overcome perfectionism so that they can fearlessly embrace their messy lives.

During the intake consultation, we will assess how well you are functioning in different areas of your life (mental health, substance use, work, school, family, friendships, romantic partnerships, etc). This will help you gain insight and determine therapeutic goals for future sessions. 

Before we schedule an appointment, it is important to evaluate what resources you have to pay for therapy. We do accept most PPO/POS insurance if you have out of network benefits. Many people have out of network benefits weaved into their insurance without their knowledge and their insurance company will actually partially/fully reimburse them. If you have out of network benefits, clients typically pay at time service is rendered and insurance usually takes 4-6 weeks for you to receive a reimbursement check after you meet your deductible. Reach out with the front/back copy of your insurance card and date of birth to determine coverage!
