Mixed Business will allow students to experiment with clay using not one particular technique but instead combining both hand building and wheel throwing. This course will look at ways that the hands and the wheel can be used together to create ceramic forms, both functional and sculptural. Explore a range of making, joining and painting/decorating techniques and the variety of options that are available for use when working with the ceramic medium. This course is perfect for beginning or experienced makers.

Painterly Me is a mobile paint party service. We will provide services for parties and occasions to create more joyful and wonderful memorable memories for your events.

This is a painting party for a 16"x20" acrylic painting. All supplies provided. There are over 100 paintings to chose from. The host can arrange to bring drinks or food. Just let us know ahead of time so we can make room. The parties can have 3 to 20 if at our location. If you would like to have at your location please call and let us know and make arrangements.

This is for an acrylic painting 12"x12. All supplies provided. There are a wide verity of designs available for this size canvas. There are simple child themes and more complicated designs for those looking for a challenge. This is to book 3 or more painters.

This 2-day private ceramics hand-building course is perfect for those looking to try something new and develop their artistic skills, as well as for those interested in learning about the world of ceramics. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some prior experience, this course is sure to provide a hands-on learning experience.

The course is 7 hours long in total, with 5 hours dedicated to hand-building and 2 hours to glazing. The date and time of the glazing session will be discussed during the first day of the course.

This private course (1-2 participants) is designed to introduce you to the world of hand-building with stoneware clay, allowing you to create beautiful ceramic objects just by using your hands. Over the course of two days, participants will learn the basics of hand-building and glazing.

The first day of the course will be dedicated to hand-building, where you will learn the fundamentals of working with clay. You will receive step-by-step guidance for creating your vessels, whether a cup, vase, bowl or any abstract form.

The second day of the course, approximately two weeks later, will be dedicated to glazing. You will learn how to prepare your pieces for glazing and how to apply the glaze. The glazing session will provide a great opportunity to see your pieces transformed, adding the finishing touches to your hand-crafted ceramic objects.
