Dance Fit Class  is a total body workout that combines cardio,  strength training and core exercises, through isolation and targeting specific body parts.  The best of both worlds dancing thru fitness is a fun cardiovascular workout to upbeat music were you will shimmee through your workout that will be sure to increase your energy level!

Customized training session to work on your squash techniques, including swing and footwork. Ideally for 1-on-1 intermediate or advanced players.

Unleash your inner sensual being with this sultry, sexy choreo class. Heels are encouraged, knee pads highly recommended, and all the sass you can muster. Dress as sexy as you want, but keep in mind that we are still a fitness studio and modesty is required. Please cover all bits you wouldn't want on camera. This is where we start to incorporate some tricks and spins above the floor work and around-the-pole manoeuvres we covered in beginner exotic. 

Introduction to Kandyan dance basics, perfecting your dance posture and form, learning basic 12 Pa Saraba and Goda Saraba steps, Vannam and choreography!

Recommended for 1-2-1 only

These sessions are for those of you looking to learn Kandyan dance whether its basics or advanced level, or learning simple choreography. It is a great way to have more focus on you, building your knowledge and improving technique.

Introduction to Kandyan dance basics: Establishing the correct dance posture for Kandyan, body conditioning, terminologies associated in Kandyan dance, pronunciation of chants and advancing to learning Pa Saraba / Goda Saraba steps.

Weekly Kandyan Sessions 7pm via Zoom suitable for all! 

The Kandyan-based workout sessions will be beneficial for all dancers to continue to improve your form and technique. 

Good form and technique ensures a dancer's longevity, prevent injuries, build strength and flexibility, and refine movement quality. All of which provide dancers with the ability to dance using correct body placement and alignment and beautiful lines!

Kandyan Dancing is a great form of aerobic exercise since it works many muscles in the body. Muscles become stretched, conditioned, and toned while the heart rate increases, pumping blood at a faster rate.

Dance wear - Anything you feel comfortable wearing to dance. 

Camera - Please have the camera on so you are being seen to get any feedback but not mandatory. Setup your device in an area where you are seen well in the house, you do not need much space.
