บัตรประชาชนไทย

บุคคลใดมีสิทธิ์ขอทำบัตรประชาชนในต่างประเทศได้

ผู้ยื่นคำร้องจะต้องเคยมีบัตรประชาชนไทยมาก่อนแล้ว โดยที่บัตร
– หมดอายุ
– หาย ถูกทำลาย หรือชำรุด **กรณีบัตรหาย ต้องนำใบแจ้งความจากตำรวจที่ระบุว่า “บัตรประชาชนไทยหาย”อย่างชัดเจน**
หรือกรณีที่ต้องการแก้ไขชื่อตัว-นามสกุล หรือที่อยู่ บนบัตรประชาชนผู้ยื่นคำร้องจะต้องมีถิ่นพำนักในประเทศเบลเยียมและลักเซมเบิร์กเท่านั้น**ท่านสามารถทำบัตรประชาชนได้ล่วงหน้าไม่เกิน 60 วันก่อนวันที่บัตรหมดอายุ**

เอกสารสำหรับการขอต่ออายุบัตรประชาชน มีดังนี้

แบบฟอร์มคำร้องขอมีบัตรประชาชนที่กรอกข้อมูลเรียบร้อย กดที่นี่บัตรประชาชนไทยใบปัจจุบันพร้อมสำเนา 1 ฉบับ ซึ่งต้องมอบคืนให้สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯบัตรประจำตัวผู้มีถิ่นพำนักในเบลเยียมหรือลักเซมเบิร์ก และ ข้อมูลบ้านเลขที่/ที่อยู่ในเบลเยียม หรือ ลักเซมเบิร์กพร้อมสำเนา 1 ฉบับสำเนาหนังสือเดินทางไทย 1 ฉบับสำเนาทะเบียนบ้านไทย 1 ฉบับสำเนาทะเบียนสมรสไทย (หากมี)สำเนามรณบัตรไทยของคู่สมรส กรณีคู่สมรสเสียชีวิตแล้ว (หากมี)กรณีบัตรหมดอายุหรือเหลืออายุไม่ถึง 60 วัน สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ไม่เก็บค่าเทียบปรับหรือค่าธรรมเนียม แต่ต้องมีบัตรใบปัจจุบันมอบคืนให้สถานเอกอัครราชททูตฯ โดยผู้ร้องจะได้รับบัตรใหม่ในวันที่ทำ (กรณีบัตรหาย หรือถ้าบัตรหมดอายุแล้วแต่สูญหาย มีค่าธรรมเนียม 5 ยูโร)

หากท่านมีความประสงค์ ต้องการทำบัตรประชาชนและหนังสือเดินทางในวันเดียวกัน 

(สถานเอกอัครราชทูตขอแนะนำให้ท่านทำการจองเวลาในวันเดียวกัน

โดยจองเวลาทำบัตรประชาชนก่อน และจองเวลาทำหนังสือเดินทางต่อ) 

**เนื่องจากเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัตรประชาชน และฝ่ายหนังสือเดินทาง คนละแผนกกัน**

เมื่อท่านทำบัตรประชาชนเสร็จแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับบัตรใหม่เลย และจึงจะสามารถทำหนังสือเดินทางได้ตามเวลาที่ท่านจองไว้

**ทั้งนี้ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ ไม่สามารถให้บริการทำบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนไทยได้ ในกรณี

ผู้ขอมีบัตรฯ ใบแรกผู้ที่มีชื่ออยู่ในทะเบียนบ้านกลางผู้ไม่มีเลขประจำตัวประชาชน 13 หลักผู้ไม่พบข้อมูล หรือ เป็นบุคคลซ้ำซ้อน หรือ ข้อมูลไม่ตรงในฐานทะเบียนราษฎร ของ กระทรวงมหาดไทยผู้ต้องการเปลี่ยนชื่อ-นามสกุล คำนำหน้า ฯลฯ โดยไม่ตรงกับข้อมูลปัจจุบันในฐานทะเบียนราษฎร

ซึ่งบุคคลเหล่านี้ให้ไปติดต่ออำเภอ/ที่ทำการเขตในประเทศไทย เพื่อขอทำบัตรฯ

4. Pas foto anak yang terbaru ukuran standar paspor (berwarna) sebanyak 2 (dua) lembar.

5. Bukti domisili orang tua yang masih berlaku (pilih salah satu: SIM, Bank Statement, atau rekening listrik, koran, telepon).

6. Fotokopi paspor kedua orang tua dan bukti ijin tinggal orang tua (visa yang masih berlaku atau VEVO – Visa Entitlement Verification Online).

Comment lire le visa de la RDC ?

Validité : période pendant la quelle le visa doit être utilisé pour la premiere fois - ainsi TOUT visa doit être utilise pour la première fois endéans 3 mois

Durée : la durée du séjour en RDC à dater du jour de la première d'entrée sur le territoire congolais.

Le visa peut bien être re-utilisé en se référant à la date de la première entrée sur le territoire congolais.

How to read Visa for DRC

Valid date: the period within which the visa has to be used for the prime entry - therefore ALL visa has to be used for the FIRST ENTRY within 3 months

Duration: length of stay in DRC from the date of first entry on Congolese territory.

The visa can be re-used in reference to the date of first entry.
