Use this to book a 1 hour block for throwing on the wheel during when there are no classes in session. If you would like to book 2 hours you can book two slots back to back but please do not book more than that. If on the day of you see that there are still openings you can feel free to book an additional slot, but to ensure people have equal access to the time, please do not book slots back to back in advance. You may book a slot as late as one minute before the time slot begins. There are only 10 people allowed in the room at a time so if the time you are interested in is not available that means that the time slot is full. You can see how many people, out of the 10 allowed spaces, are already signed up underneath the time listed. Tuesdays and Thursday from 11:00am -1:00pm the studio will only be open to senior members. You will not see bookings for those times here. If you are a senior member and would like to book those time slots please use the "Senior Hours" time block bookings. Our standard tour includes an introduction to Cretan olive oil & olive oil quality,  a visit to our production facilities, a short film that shows how we produce during winter, and a tasting of our three products.The mill is open to visitors by appointment Tuesday – Sunday 10:00 – 17:00.  Please send us your request, preferably one day in advance the latest, and we will respond with a final confirmation.Tours are suitable for young children.Adult Ticket 5 Euros Children up to 15 years old free entrance

CLEAR SPRING FIRE & RESCUE is proud to now provide our community with a new meeting spot for the following HOA meetings and any other community meetings. We no longer host Birthday Parties here at the station but we will send a fire truck to the house of the birthday as long as it's in the district and you call ahead of time let us know times and dates. Also there will be a $25.00 deposit on all meeting room bookings that would be refunded on the following business day any damage or miss proper use of the room will forfeit any deposit. There will be no cost of the room rental for district residents any outside district residents will be charged $75.00 + $25.00 deposit which would be refund the following business day.
