This program will get you back into the groove of exercising properly. This program is designed with 8 days of exercise, which is a frequency of 2 workouts per week.

This program is for those who are familiar with the gym setting, and have worked out regularly in the past 2 years. This program will allow for ample improvement in a variety of areas including strength, posture, stability, work capacity, and control. This program is designed with 12 days of exercise, which is a frequency of 3 workouts per week.

Purchase an Individualized Program and one of our personal trainers will create a program especially for YOU. The program will require you to workout 2 times per week, for 1 month.
