La séance commencera par des points d'acupression sur les bras, ventre, jambes et fesses afin de relancer les organes émonctoires.

Puis l'utilisation de la ventouse viendra afin de mieux déloger la graisse, la cellulite et de permettre au sang et à la lymphe de (re)circuler correctement.

- Boire 1.5 L d'eau par jour minimum. Au moins 2 L les jours où vous recevez le Tuina Minceur.

- D'adopter un régime alimentaire équilibré. Un régime équilibré accepte les écarts alimentaires. Oui à un bonne part de tarte chocolat-caramel.

La frustration n'est pas l'allié idéal pour maintenir un régime alimentaire sain sur le long terme.
