Je me suis spécialisé dans le COACHING PARTICULIER et haut de gamme (auprès de PDG de grandes enseignes : Swarovski, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior… et autres célébrités). Les références sont disponibles sur simple demande.

J’élabore mes propres PROGRAMMES SUR MESURE, en fonction de VOS besoins spécifiques et vous accompagne pour atteindre VOS objectifs, dans la joie et la bonne humeur !

Parallèlement, je me suis formé aux techniques de MASSAGE THAÏ et je suis DIPLÔMÉ des plus grandes écoles de Thaïlande. J’associe ainsi ces techniques à chaque fin de séance pour des étirements personnels, en toute conscience du corps.

Ma polyvalence et ma maîtrise des différentes disciplines me permettent d’exercer dans divers domaines (cardio training, renforcement musculaire, perte de poids, conseils en nutrition, remise en forme, pilates, stretching, massages thaï…).

Le massage thailandais est un massage basé sur une vision énergétique de la santé. Il s’inspire du yoga  et est caractérisé par deux éléments principaux :

- Le travail « énergétique » : il consiste à exercer des manoeuvres, des massages et des pressions sur des régions ou des points précis parcourant les lignes énergétiques du corps nommées sen. Ces lignes sont semblables aux méridiens en acupuncture. Le thérapeute exerce des pressions à l’aide de ses paumes et de ses pouces ou tapote les lignes énergétiques avec ses doigts. Il peut aussi utiliser ses bras, ses avant-bras, ses coudes et ses pieds.

- Les exercices d’étirement à la fois dynamiques et fluides : ils se font en duo avec l’intervenant, dans un rythme de va-et-vient continu, un peu à la manière d’un tango. Ces exercices sont généralement basés sur des postures de yoga, mais aucune connaissance préalable de cette discipline n’est requise.

L'entraînement fractionné à haute intensité ou HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) est une forme d'entraînement qui alterne des exercices de forte intensité avec des périodes de récupération ou d'exercice plus modéré. L'exercice est répété en boucle plusieurs fois.

Ces entrainements se passent en extérieur au Jardin Albert 1er à Nice.
