Our Drug and Alcohol Clinic is there if you or a loved one are suffering from addiction issues or problematic substance/alcohol use. Our program is set up to deal with any and all substances including opiate misuse to alcohol and prescription drugs.

One of our experienced team members will guide you through this assessment. During this, we will start the process of formulating a treatment plan that works for you. We offer an adaptable and flexible approach which draws on a variety of treatment options tailored to suit the needs of the individual. We utilise a variety of techniques from various disciplines including CBT, DBT, mindfulness based relapse prevention, harm minimisation, 12 step, refuge recovery and SMART recovery. 

One of our experienced team members will guide you and your child through the assessment process. Getting to know you and your child is important to us. Understanding the reasons you have sought help, exploring historical issues, current family dynamics and any past intervention. We will discuss with you goals, treatment options and place you with the best suited therapist for any future appointments. We aim to make the process as comfortable as possible for you and your family.

Duració: 60 minutsValoració alimentària, nutricional i antropomètrica (pes i composició corporal).Indicada per a obesitat, sobrepès, dislipèmies i hipercolesterolèmia, hipertensió, intoleràncies alimentàries (lactosa, fructosa, sorbitol), dieta FODMAP.

Durada: 90 minuts.Inclou: 1a visita, entrega de dieta, antropometria complerta (antropometria, BIA, DEXA).

Durada: 30 minuts.S’explica i s’entrega tot el pla alimentari-nutricional personalitzat i es resolen dubtes

Perte de poids, arrêt de tabac, troubles du sommeil, anxiété, burn-out, phobies, addictions, dépression sont autant de sujets qui peuvent être réglés par l'hypnose.

Troubles du sommeil, troubles de l'aprentissage, hyperactivité, énurésie, troubles alimentaires (anorexie- boulimie), anxiété, phobies, traumatismes.

Soin énergétique qui allie les deux techniques : Lahochi et Magnétisme.

Technique énergétique de soins très puissante transmise par l'apposition des mains, permettant un réalignement et rééquilibrage des chakras. Technique permettant un mieux-être émotionnel, physique, psychologique et spirituel. On peut travailler sur le corps dans sa globalité ou sur une douleur en particulier.
