A confidential consultation/ health discussion will take place at the first session. This enables me to gather information about your medical history and any issues you are currently experiencing. A full Reflexology session is also included. Then if you so wish, an individualised treatment plan can be tailor-made to reflect your needs.

Cancellations policy:

Whilst we understand, and empathise with life’s emergencies, Daisy Daydream Reflexology requires 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a booked appointment.

Any sessions cancelled with less than 24hours notice will require 50% of the cost to be paid. You will be emailed an invoice for this. Thank you for your understanding. 

ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER AN INITIAL CONSULTATION. A typical treatment will last approximately 1 hour, where you can enjoy a 10-minute foot-soak while we catch up, followed by a 50-minute reflexology treatment. Treatments are done on the feet (or hands), it is very relaxing and promotes health, well-being and feel good endorphins.

A 6-week course including an initial consultation. This is especially to treat mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, low mood and low self esteem. It is a combination of Reflexology and Mindfulness Exercises. Self help tools are given alongside lifestyle improvement recommendations. Click here for more information.

It is advisable to pre-book each session of your course of treatments in order to secure your preferred day/time.

After your course: 1 hour 'maintenance' sessions are available at regular reflexology treatment prices should you so wish.

In den Kursen beginnen wir mit einer theoretischen Ruhe Einführung, damit Sie sich völlig entspannen können, ganz nach dem Motto: Zeit, die wir uns nehmen, ist die Zeit, die uns was gibt.

Ein Kurs beinhaltet 6 Stufen:

​​Schwere Hitze, Entspannung des Herzschlages, ruhiger Atem, Sonnengeflecht - oberer Bauch, Kühle der Stirn,

​Um sanft und entspannt den Körper und Geist wieder zurück zu holen, beginnt die Rücknahme. Hier lenke ich Ihre Aufmerksamkeit wieder auf das hier und jetzt.​Nach dem Autogenen Training beantworte ich sehr gerne Ihre Fragen und stehe Ihnen für ein Gespräch zur Verfügung.

Das Entspannungstraining findet im Sitzen oder auch im Liegen statt, gerne wie es für Sie am bequemsten ist. Wenn sie sich für das Liegen entscheiden, bringen sie bitte ihre eigene Fitnessmatte mit. Nach den 8 Kursen bekommt jeder Teilnehmer eine Ausfertigung des Autogenen Trainings mit, um die tiefe Entspannung zu Hause fortzuführen.

Initial sessions last up to 50 minutes and are held at Center for Wellbeing. My office is located on the second floor. Be sure to sign in at the front desk.

Follow-up sessions last up to 30 minutes and are held at University Health Services, located on the ground floor of Erickson Hall. Students must have completed an initial appointment prior to scheduling a follow-up session.
