Aerial yoga losar um spennu í hrygg öxlum og mjöðmum, Aerial yoga vinnur á einbeitingunni, jafnvæginu og miðjunni (magasvæðinu). Þú kemur til með að finna fljótt mun á styrkleikanum. Við förum út fyrir þægindahringinn með að snúa okkur við þar sem að fætur snúa upp og höfuð niður. Því meira sem að við gefum eftir, þess meiri losun finnur þú fyrir í líkamanum. Ótrúlega skemmtileg nálgun á mjög öflugu yoga.

Yin jóga kemur þú í veg fyrir samfall, ótímabæra hrörnun, samgróning og við aukum súrefnis-og blóðflæðið. Yin jóga styrkir og lengir vöðvana, eykur liðleika og getu okkar. Áhersla er lögð á algjöra kyrrð, að vera í núinu og auka meðvitund um líðan sína og líkamsvitund. Flestar stöður eru gerðar sitjandi eða liggjandi þannig að flest allir geta stundað yin jóga. Stöðum er haldið allt frá 3 til 10 mínútur með það að markmiði að efla orkuflæði líkamans og næra djúpvefi líkamans, bein og liðamót.

Jóga nidra er 35 mín dekur fyrir huga líkama og sál. Margar rannsóknir benda okkur á að streita er stór orsök margra sjúkdóma t.d. meltingatruflana, þunglyndis, kvíða og bólgum í líkamanum. Með því að stunda jóga nidra nærðu andlegu jafnvægi, Þar getur líkaminn náð að heila sig og hugurinn að núllstilla sig. Við kyrrum huga okkar og öndum okkur leið inn í líkamann til að losa um hindranir og höft líkama og huga.

En sánscrito, Ha significa sol (masculino) y Tha significa luna (femenino). Así que el propósito de Hatha yoga es crear un equilibrio entre las energías masculina y femenina que existen dentro de nosotros. Usamos posturas de yoga para lograr el equilibrio entre fuerza y flexibilidad.

De acuerdo con el texto yóguico del siglo XV, el Hatha Yoga Pradipika, la práctica sólo tiene que incluir los tres elementos siguientes para ser Hatha yoga:

Posturas físicas (asana)

Técnicas de respiración (pranayama)

Meditación (dhyana)

Esto significa que cualquier tipo de yoga que presente esos tres elementos, esto incluye Bikram, Ashtanga, o Iyengar entre otros, también se considera Hatha yoga. El Hatha yoga es una herramienta utilizada para la transformación física y mental porque exige que prestes atención constante a la respiración y esto te ayuda a estar Presente en cada postura. Las asanas fortalecen el cuerpo. El pranayama te ayuda a controlar la respiración y manipular el prana o energía vital. Y la meditación te ayuda a enfocar y calmar la mente.

Durant la séance guidée d'une heure, vous pratiquez différentes postures physiques (dynamiques & statiques) appelées "asanas", et effectuez des exercices de contrôle de la respiration, "pranayama". Vous terminez par une relaxation, en cultivant une attention douce et ouverte à ce qui émerge quand le corps est invité à bouger et à entrer dans une posture.

Pour un corps et un esprit en bonne santé....

Durant la séance guidée d'une heure, vous pratiquez différentes postures physiques (dynamiques & statiques) appelées "asanas", et effectuez des exercices de contrôle de la respiration, "pranayama". Vous terminez par une relaxation, en cultivant une attention douce et ouverte à ce qui émerge quand le corps est invité à bouger et à entrer dans une posture.
