1 hour yoga class 

In our Yoga classes, we use a range of postures and flows aimed at helping relieve common pregnancy ailments as well as de stressing the body and mind. You will learn breathing techniques and positions and movements which can help in the labour and birth of your child. This is followed by a 20 minute led Savasana (relaxation) and finished with a calming tea and social time.

(buchbar für die regulären Stunden am Donnerstag), könnt Ihr, bei Absage von gebuchten Terminen, 1x anstelle der Donnerstagslektion Yin in Diessenhofen besuchen, welches dann damit bereits vergütet ist. Das Abo ist 3 Monate gültig, so dass Ihr auch „Luft“ habt, mal nicht zu kommen. Für Ferien kann es unterbrochen werden. Wenn die Stunde von mir abgesagt wird, verlängere ich Euch das Abo selbstverständlich auch. Neu wird es vorraussichtlich auch eine online Übertragung der Donnerstagsstunde geben. Das OnlineYoga könnte eine gute Wahl sein, wenn Ihr aus verschiedenen Gründen zu Hause bleiben müsst oder möchtet. Bei kurzfristiger Änderung (weniger als 24h) von der gebuchten Abostunde zur OnlineStunde, entsteht ein Stempel beim 10ner Abo.  Ansonsten kostet die Onlinestunde 20.- Fr. Einzelstunden (am Donnerstag) kosten 30.-Fr, diese können bis 24h vorab kostenlos storniert werden. Es ist für mich, aus Erfahrung, danach leider kaum mehr möglich noch Teilnehmer für die bereits vorbereitete Stunde einzuladen. Damit Du als Teilnehmer vom Unkostenbeitrag (20.-Fr) noch etwas hast, könntest Du dann auch am OnlineYoga teilnehmen. Anmeldungen für das OnlineYoga oder ein Wechsel vom Abo/der gebuchten Einzelstunde zum OnlineYoga müssen bis 14 Uhr bekannt gegeben werden, damit ich noch genug Zeit für die Bereitstellung des Equipments und den Versand der Mails habe. Slower paced class with more detailed instruction. Ideal for those who like a slower class or who would like extra assistance when learning a new skill. We start with a swing low and build up to more complex postures. You will be in a class full of people of similar ability and experience. Also, I good class for trainee/new Aerial Yoga teachers to attend and learn how to teach beginners.

It's the greatest hits of Aerial Yoga in one crowd pleasing package. Ideal for friend who are looking for an interesting weekend experience. an excellent choice for athletic types, who don't particularly like Yoga, but do enjoy being challenged. Also great for those who enjoy the more dynamic, creative, suspended features of Aerial Yoga.

We are super excited to be working in partnership with Gillie Sutherland from Flow Yoga Devon to offer 'SUP Experience Yoga'. Gillie with begin your experience with a warm up on land before heading out on the water for a gentle paddle along the beautiful River Teign where we will anchor up for an hour of SUP Yoga as the sun begins to set over Dartmoor beyond. We will then paddle back to base where we will enjoy hot drinks and homemade treats. This 2 hour experience is suitable for all yoga/SUP levels, including beginners. All instruction, SUP equipment, wetsuits, changing facilities and refreshments are provided.CONDITIONS & LOCATION: The River Teign is the perfect place to learn to SUP.  We will only venture out on the water if the weather and conditions are ideal, with your safety in mind and in order for you to have the best possible experience. You will be contacted the day before to confirm your adventure once we have assessed the weather forecast and conditions. Meeting point: Teign Corinthian Yacht Club (located opposite Coombe Cellars Pub), Combeinteignhead, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 4RT. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You must be able to swim 50 meters.
