你對於催眠的映象只停留在電影裡，有個催眠師拿著鐘擺在你眼前晃一晃就睡著了，然後催眠師下指令就能讓你變成完全不同個性的人，這樣嗎?催眠沒有這麼厲害，至少我沒有XD催眠就像是清醒的做夢催眠可以看現在、可以看未來、可以看任何你想看的，看什麼取決於你想處理什麼問題，有人想處理感情、有人有處理人際、有人想處理情緒、有人想處理健康、有人想處理工作事業….，不管想處理什麼，不變的是處理完都要更好更開心更舒服!我們大部分的時候只看的到病徵但忘記去找病兆，就像發燒是病徵，但無法確定是因為什麼而發燒，因為身體只要有任何地方發炎，就有可能會有發燒的徵狀!而我們常見的失眠、憂鬱、躁鬱、無力感、迷惘、各種情緒都只是病徵，而催眠只是工具，透過催眠尋找病兆，並對症下藥，就能看到有效地改善!分享一些在我作過的個案中，讓我映象深刻的故事例如有個個案在處理自我認同的問題，剛好他那個時期有再備孕，他與我分享在催眠的過程中他看到了一個小女孩在他的場景中，然後隔一個月就順利懷孕，也真的順利地產下一名健康的小女嬰。另一個個案要處理工作上人際的問題，在催眠過程中看到他在這一世無緣的妹妹與她道別。又一個個案，他想處理自卑為他帶來的人際困擾，在催眠過程中回朔到小學時期，發現原來自己是太渴望有朋友及被認同，在過程中有了不同的發現，當下催眠結束的討論，就有明顯感受到溝通模式的改變，變得比較坦然與敢於表達。也有接過一個很執著好想看前世的個案，但嘗試了幾種進入的方法，始終只能看到這輩子的回朔，但他始終不想面對這個實際有映像的過往，於是他還是有些失望地覺得為什麼沒看到前世。不過在我的觀察是，他的課題應該就在這一世，但因為他還沒準備好，所以也不需要勉強他面對。還有很多不同的故事，如果你問我催眠會看到什麼，我真的不知道，因為我負責程序，你負責內容，你當然可以好奇的體驗催眠，但如果準備好要面對或是想改變的體驗催眠，會真的對生活有幫助!即使只是為了好好的睡一覺，也都很好唷!
