Specifically for clients (4 weeks post-op) recovering from cosmetic or surgical procedures, this specialised massage promotes faster healing, reduces swelling, minimises scar formation, and helps prevent fibrosis.

Camp will focus on gaining velocity with the use of velocity corebelts, long toss, medicine balls, weighted balls, mobility and  how to move efficiently down the mound. Velocity will be tracked throughout the 10 week program. Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and ThursdaysTimes: Evenings - Players will be assigned a 1 hour time slot at either 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm.Ratios: Groups are limited to 4-5 players max...only 15 spots available for the entire program.
