Volunteer Cycle Pilots: BOOK your regular rides here. IMPORTANT - your ride time booked is the time of the actual elder ride. Check your booking notification to see your required ARRIVAL time at base to collect trike.

With soft cleaning, we vacuum your entire room, dispose of the waste, tidy up and prepare the bed nicely. We also dust the surfaces. @ Residents: Please provide us with washed bed linen so that we can make up the bed.

We clean your room extensively, we vacuum, wash and change the bed linen (@residents: put out the fresh linen), clean the entire bathroom. We also clean the fridge and dust all surfaces. We tidy everything up nicely and prepare your room so that you feel completely at ease again.

We just leave the clean bed linen in the room, you must have removed the dirty ones beforehand to pick them up. This works only if you exchange it.

One-on-one private training allows Coach Kevin to direct all his attention towards breaking down the strengths and weaknesses of a player.
