Wendy Sethi is a highly experienced contact lens optician with a specialist interest in fitting kids with contact lenses. Your session will be allocated to Indie or Wendy depending on the areas you tell us you would like to discuss when registering. You can chat over the phone or use Zoom, whichever you prefer. When you book we'll ask you for your contact details (they will only be used for contacting you for this session) and send you an email before your session with further details. So if you would like to take the opportunity to discuss myopia management then please do make a booking. 

This small group session will use patient case histories to discuss both clinical decision making and approaches to communication in myopia management. This one hour session will use video conferencing and qualifies for 3 interactive CET points. The groups will be limited to 6 participants in order to maximise discussion and interaction. The session will be facilitated by Indie Grewal or Wendy Sethi. Indie has an established myopia management practice and has presented in the UK and internationally on both clinical and commercial aspects of myopia management. Wendy is a highly experienced contact lens optician with a specialist interest in fitting kids with contact lenses. This session is suited to eye care professionals who have completed the MiSight accreditation online training. Prior to the session you will be sent joining details. Please ensure that you join the session using a computer or tablet with a camera. NOTE: we require a minimum of 4 participants to run this session. If we do not get sufficient sign ups for a particular session we will contact you to arrange an alternative session time. 

This presentation is ideal for eye care practitioner who haven't yet done or are just starting out with myopia management. It will provide an overview of the science of myopia management, options available to the practitioner and suggestions for communicating with parents and children.
