Na het succes van vorig jaar rijdt in 2023 de Bossche Bollenexpress opnieuw! Een oer-Hollandse stoomtreinreis door de bollenstreek met een bezoek aan het grootste bloemencorso in Haarlem. Wist je dat dit bloemencorso tot UNESCO werelderfgoed behoort? Rond de klok van halftien in de ochtend vertrekt de stoomtrein uit Den Bosch en rijdt via Breda, Den Haag en Leiden door de bollenstreek langs Lisse en Hillegom. Terwijl je uit het raam hangt, de stoomfluit galmt en de stoom het voorjaarszonnetje doet verblinden, schieten de prachtige kleuren van de bloemen langs je heen en ruik je niet alleen de stoom...Aan het einde van de ochtend komen we aan in Haarlem waar je ruim de tijd krijgt om de historische binnenstad te bezoeken. Hoogtepunt is het UNESCO bloemencorso met de vele prachtige praalwagens die opgesteld staan in de binnenstad van Haarlem. Naast de praalwagens zijn er ook tal van andere festiviteiten in de binnenstad op loopafstand van het station.Aan het begin van de avond word je weer op het station van Haarlem verwacht en vertrekt de stoomtrein naar Amsterdam Centraal voor een mooie fotostop waar iedereen ruim de tijd krijgt om de imposante stoomlocomotief te bewonderen en te fotograferen. Na de fotostop op Amsterdam Centraal stomen we via Utrecht weer terug naar Den Bosch. De ticketprijs is inclusief een èchte Bossche Bol van Jan de Groot, geserveerd met koffie of thee en een gereserveerde zitplaats. Kinderen mogen mee.
