This can help with many issues such as muscle pain, aching, tightness, stiffness, scar tissue build up, adhesions and knots. Also helps reduce joint stiffness, flexibility and mobility. Overall this is a great treatment to have regularly to maintain good health of the muscles and soft tissues in the body. It prevents and helps to release chronic muscle tension, which over time can restrict blood flow in the muscles and create tightness, which basically will impair your sports performance. The massage will maximise blood flow and help release tightness to allow muscles to work at their full potential during daily life and during workouts and activities. Please note: this is a Deep Tissue Massage or Sports Massage Treatment, NOT a relaxing massage. Therefore please expect it to be sore/painful during the treatment. You may also experience tenderness for a few days following a treatment but this is completely normal and will subside usually after a few days.Areas often treated: Neck and shoulders, Legs, Back and Gluts, Arms and shoulders. If you do require a full body please go for the longer session of 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours as often 1 hour isn't enough to do a full body deep tissue or sports massage. Please note this is a 1 hour session. If you require a lot of areas treated and want a longer session to cover all the areas well there are longer sessions available of 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hour sessions.
