What this call is forThis short, informal call is a chance for us to gently explore what’s bringing you to therapy and whether working together would feel right for you. There’s no pressure to book ongoing sessions. You don’t need to share everything, prepare anything, or know exactly what to say. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you might have, and let you know honestly whether I feel I’m the right therapist for you, and you can decide the same. Many people tell me this call helps them feel clearer and more settled about their next step.

One-to-one online counselling sessions, held via secure video call. Sessions are client-led and tailored to your needs, offering a confidential space to explore whatever feels most important to you — whether that’s anxiety, relationships, self-worth, or the impact of past experiences. Suitable for adults seeking ongoing therapeutic support.If you’re new to therapy, you’re welcome to book a brief call first.

A one-off, online counselling session lasting up to 60 minutes, focused on a specific issue or challenge you’d like support with. You’ll be invited to complete a short form beforehand to help us use the session time as effectively as possible. After the session, you’ll receive a brief personalised PDF with key reflections and possible next steps. This option is suitable if you’re not looking for ongoing therapy but would like focused, meaningful support at a particular point in time.This is a standalone session and does not involve ongoing therapeutic work.

Charged Hourly at a rate of $15/per hour for 1 child, $16 hour for 2 children, $17 for 3 children, $20 more than 3 children. Activity can be provided, homework help and home help (laundry, cleaning or small meal prep). I do bring my daughter (5 years) with me. 4 hour minimum unless previously discussed.

Maximum of 6 hours for $60. Weekend evenings only! Rate available Friday nights only! Hours from 5pm - 12 am. Hours after midnight will be charged at regular hourly rate.
