Our Birth Essentials Workshop has been designed to provide you and your birth support with practical, positive and realistic information and tips for your labour and birth experience.This ONE-DAY programme is taught by Registered Midwife Lucy who works closely with Sydney’s leading Obstetricians. Lucy knows from working in Sydney’s public and private maternity system how unpredictable labour and birth can be and how important it is to understand your options. She is passionate about limiting the unknowns through education, ensuring you feel confident and safe during any type of birth.
