After the sound bath a drum will be played and used to moved the energy we have stirred up through our experience. The energy that had been previously stuck with you can now remain with Mother Earth.  You will be lying on a Far Infrared Biomat with 40 pounds of amethyst and tourmaline crystals to support you in your journey and keep you warm but layers and socks are recommended.
