Zumba Fitness with KimiMondays at 7pm - All Saints Church Hall, New Haw, KT15 3RLFridays at 10am - Woodham Parish Hall, Woodham, GU21 5SHSaturdays at 9:30am - All Saints Church Hall, New Haw, KT15 3RLZumba Fitness is a dance fitness class set to Latin-inspired music.  During each session we dance to a mixture of high energy Merengue's and Reggaeton's and lower intensity Salsa's and Cumbia's.   We may add a Bollywood Bangra, pop song, musical number and anything else that takes our fancy.   We march, toe tap, jump, squat, shimmy and shake.  It doesn't matter if you do those things at the same time as me, or a count or two behind me.  As long as you're moving, that's all that matters.   It's exercise in disguise, a party without the hangover, we're here to have fun, to be silly and get a little sweaty.  

Pilates Matwork Class with Kimi Tuesday's at 7pm - All Saints Church Hall, New Haw, KT15 3RLThursdays at 10am - Woodham Parish Hall, Woodham, GU21 5SHspaces are limited and booking is essentialThis is a matwork Pilates class and is suitable for anyone who is able to get on and off their mat on the floor with relative ease. Learn the foundations of Stott Pilates, a contemporary mind, body Pilates programme where we aim to develop abdominal strength, mobilise the spine, enhance body awareness and alignment.I provide small equipment to assist or challenge.  All you need is a Pilates mat to lay on.  Pilates mats are thicker than a typical yoga mat* as you'll spend most of the session laying on the mat, either on your back, tummy, sides or in a seated position.  Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.  Layers that can be removed and replaced and socks are recommended, especially as the hall can be a little chilly.  *If you only have a yoga mat, then bring that.  If you don't have either, please let me know before the class. Please check out 'packages' for a small discount when you buy a bundle of classes.  The current offer is  £40 for 5 classes, saving £5 - valid for 3 months.  You'll need to purchase a package before booking onto a mat class.
