This class focuses on fast-twitch muscle activation, vertical jump development, rapid force production and rapid force absorption, helping athletes move with more speed, agility, and control. Through box jumps, depth jumps, depth drops, bounding drills, and dynamic movements, you'll build the strength and coordination needed to dominate in competition. Held every Tuesday.

1-hour Studio SessionThere will be no other guests in the entire space throughout your rental. This will allot a private session and an unrestricted selection of studio spaces and props.Please note set up and teardown need to be included within the booked time frame.Holiday NoticeStarting December 1st, our cyclorama (stage) will feature stationary floating-orb holiday décor.  We will also have a separate stationary balloon wreath available for holiday photos.
