About the show: I do an open platform, pre-recorded. This allows for editing or removing dogs or kids from the background. With so many working from home it is a common thing now to have one or both coming in during the interview.  Also , as this pre-recorded the air date may be a few days to a few weeks before airing. There are so many companies out there that need to readjust how they think. Every problem has a solution, but not every solution comes from how things were done in the past.  AC - Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?Melisa Ruscsak- As I work in publishing and some b2b I see a lot of disruptive trends coming. From restructuring of social media to how people buy things.  AC - Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you’ve been involved in as an executive.Melisa Ruscsak - Starting my magazine I think has been the most impactful. It has allowed me to connect with other business owners and entrepreneurs. See problems outside of my own field, and has opened up opportunities for companies that I otherwise wouldn’t have had. It also has added three revenue streams just by adding one product. Of course, adding a partnership with a crypto mining app has also helped with the company's building and investing relations.
