About the show: I do an open platform, pre-recorded. This allows for editing or removing dogs or kids from the background. With so many working from home it is a common thing now to have one or both coming in during the interview.  Also , as this pre-recorded the air date may be a few days to a few weeks before airing. Every problem has a solution, but not every solution comes from how things were done in the past.  AC - Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?Melisa Ruscsak- As I work in publishing and some b2b I see a lot of disruptive trends coming. It has allowed me to connect with other business owners and entrepreneurs. See problems outside of my own field, and has opened up opportunities for companies that I otherwise wouldn’t have had.
