Natal chart readings are one hour and analyze general life themes and the promise and life goals of a birth chart. You must book a natal reading before relationship or further readings can be done in order to get to know the client better. If this will be your first time meeting with me it is important to set up some expectations of the consultation. The reading will be done over Zoom and will last an hour. I will need your birth date, time and location. From this information I will draw your chart and share the screen over Zoom. I will then spend the first half of the session going over your natal chart. We will look at the placements of the planets in your chart and what it means in terms of your natal blueprint. Then I will look at your secondary progressed chart which tells us about your life currently. We then will finally look at the current transits to further explore significant transits and how they work with your natal chart. Astrology is so rich that there are endless areas we could explore. It will work best if you come with an open mind and you provide me with as much detail as possible about areas of your life and what you are experiencing. I cannot exactly tell you what day you will get a new job, but I might see that you have a transit indicating some new energy in the career area of your chart. This course focuses on the modern semi-automatic pistol. Students will learn how the pistol works, how to load and unload it, how to disassemble and assemble their handgun and how to safely handle and troubleshoot common malfunctions. (On request, students can also learn about revolvers)

Här handlar allt om dig – din teknik, ditt beslutsfattande, ditt tempo och din utveckling som spelare .Varje pass anpassas efter spelarens behov och mål, oavsett om det handlar om att förbättra avslut, första touch, rörelsemönster eller bollkontroll under press. Träningen sker i hög intensitet med direkt feedback i varje moment, så att spelaren får maximal utveckling på kort tid.

Intensiva träningar i små grupper (2–4 spelare) där varje spelare får mycket bollkontakt och individuell uppmärksamhet. Perfekt för teknik, 1v1 och snabba spelövningar Perfekt för vänner, lagkamrater eller spelare som vill pusha varandra. Träningen anpassas efter gruppens nivå och mål – alltid med hög intensitet och krav på fokus.

Träningar för större grupper (t.ex. 5–8 spelare) med fokus på spelinriktade övningar, positionsspel, kombinationsspel och matchlika moment. Bra för lagkänsla, spelroller och matchförberedelser.

These 1 hour appointments are for the Health Reviews, which are usually once every 2 years.
