We are super excited to be working in partnership with Gillie Sutherland from Flow Yoga Devon to offer 'SUP Experience Yoga'. Gillie with begin your experience with a warm up on land before heading out on the water for a gentle paddle along the beautiful River Teign where we will anchor up for an hour of SUP Yoga as the sun begins to set over Dartmoor beyond. We will then paddle back to base where we will enjoy hot drinks and homemade treats. This 2 hour experience is suitable for all yoga/SUP levels, including beginners. All instruction, SUP equipment, wetsuits, changing facilities and refreshments are provided.CONDITIONS & LOCATION: The River Teign is the perfect place to learn to SUP.  We will only venture out on the water if the weather and conditions are ideal, with your safety in mind and in order for you to have the best possible experience.
