An amazing way to start the day! Twist, stretch, enjoy the fresh air and stretch out those camping aches. Slow and stretchy gentle yoga. Beginners to more experienced practitioners welcome - mats provided. Meet on the field opposite the spa a few minutes before the class begins and remember it is outdoors so please come in attire suitable for the forecasted weather!Please note that the session is for over 16's only. Accessibility: Usually our sessions are run in the field but if it rains we will run the session on our yoga decking. If you require a ramp for access onto the decking, please let us know ahead of the session so we can ensure this is set up and ready. We have 3 unique heat experiences – a hot nordic style sauna trailer for an intense steam, a clay lined cosy woodland sauna  and a relaxing steamy warm greenhouse with a forest view. And a  variety of cool down options –  including our huge cold plunge pool that leaves you feeling truly alive and refreshed. Kindly select your preferred time slot, as this will determine when your reservation is confirmed for.Our spa sessions are 3 hours long, but there’s no pressure to stay for the whole time - the 3 hours is just a guide to give you plenty of space to enjoy the heat and rest in between. If you’d prefer to arrive later than the start time or leave earlier than the end, that’s absolutely fine, as long as it’s within the slot you’ve booked. Massage conçu pour soutenir le corps et l'esprit à accueillir un petit bébé de façon naturelle ou dans le cadre d'un parcours PMA. Ce massage doit être réalisé dans la première phase de votre cycle, soit dès la fin de vos règles, avant le jour de votre ovulation. Il est préconisé d'effectuer un 2ème massage afin d'optimiser les chances de préconception. Celui-ci doit avoir lieu dans la semaine qui suit le 1er massage.
