Pour ce cours, installe-toi dans un espace calme ou coupe ton micro, sur ton tapis et laisse-toi guider durant une séance de 50 à 60 min d'étirement et de souplesse. Il te faut un tapis et si possible des briques de yoga.Le cours commence à l'heure et n'est pas remboursable en cas d'absence ou de retard prévenu moins de 24h à l'avance.Ce cours se déroule en visio via un lien qui vous est communiqué la veille (le dimanche les cours sont en simultanés avec le cours en présentiel).

Les cours particuliers de pole dance - initiation à déb 2 -  sont donnés au domicile de Vénus de Mai (adresse fournie après inscription). Ces cours peuvent se dérouler en visio.  Notez que les remboursements ne sont pas possibles, mais il est possible de décaler un cours une seule fois, jusqu'à 24h avant le début prévu du cours.

Les cours particuliers de pole dance en duo sont donnés au domicile de Vénus de Mai (adresse fournie après inscription). Vous avez également la possibilité de réserver des cours à domicile ou en salle à un tarif différent. Notez que les remboursements ne sont pas possibles, mais il est possible de décaler un cours une seule fois, jusqu'à 24h avant le début prévu du cours.

Vom absoluten Einsteiger und Jungjäger bis hin zum langjährigen und erfahrenen Waidmann, der seine jagdliche Leistung steigern will - wir bieten Ihnen Expertise und gezielten Aufbau um Ihre Trefferquote merklich zu steigern. 

Vorteilspaket - Um ein Training besonders gehaltvoll gestalten zu können, bietet sich vor allem eine Doppeleinheit an. Diese intensive Trainingseinheit empfiehlt sich für Schützen, die sich in der Phase der Anbahnung ihrer Fähigkeiten in der Jagdprüfungsvorbereitung sowie am Jagdparcours befinden. Unsere Instruktoren betreuen Sie gerne in Form von Privatstunden oder in Kleingruppen bis maximal 3 Personen (um unser qualitatives und individuelles Training gewährleisten zu können, ist die maximale Obergrenze von drei Personen nicht zu überschreiten). Eine bevorstehende Drückjagdeinladung ist für frisch gebackene wie für erfahrene Jägerinnen und Jäger eine aufregende Angelegenheit. Um für diesen Anlass bestmöglich vorbereitet zu sein bieten wir ein entsprechendes Training. Der Schuss auf ein bewegtes Ziel will geübt sein, nicht nur für die eigene Sicherheit. Der waidgerechte Schuss auf ein Stück Wild im Trieb muss gezielt und die dafür notwendige Schießleistung wiederholgenau abrufbar sein. Die notwendigen Schritte dafür setzen wir, gemeinsam!
