The Health and Wellbeing information session will provide staff with an overview of the Wellbeing programs, services, projects, resources, and staff benefits. This session will provide information about who the Wellbeing team are, what we do, and how you can access the Wellbeing offerings. You will learn about the Department's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), injury and illness management, fitness for duty, Mental Health support and education, staff benefits such as Fitness Passport and more.

The Mental Health literacy workshop will provide insights and general knowledge on Mental Health statistics, common Mental Health concerns, signs someone may be struggling, the responsibility of the business in the area of Mental Health, information and resources for those who may be struggling. Those who would like to expand on the knowledge learned in this workshop can opt to complete the full Mental Health First Aid course either online or in-person in their own time. This workshop will run between 4 - 4.5 hours, with a 30 minute break for lunch. Please bring along a pen and notepad if you wish to take notes.

The guided mindfulness session will guide participants through two of the Calibrate mindfulness episodes that are available through the Health and Wellbeing intranet. This series is based around four key topic areas brought to you by the Centre for Corporate Health’s expert psychologists, specifically created for use within the work environment. Mindfulness if the process of maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.

Our Location Shoot - 1 hour service offers a fantastic opportunity to capture breathtaking outdoor photographs. With this package, you will receive 10 professionally edited images delivered digitally. During the hour, you have the flexibility to have up to 2 outfit changes if time permits. While we provide some props, you are welcome to bring any additional props you desire. This shoot is designed for one person, but you also have the option to include additional people for just $35 per person.

Our Event Shoot service offers professional photography coverage for a variety of events, including parties, baby showers, and business meetings. With our affordable package, you will receive all event photos along with 10 professionally edited photos, conveniently delivered to you digitally. The pricing is structured at $175 for the first hour, with an additional $75 charge for each subsequent hour. Our Group shoot - studio - 2 hour minimum service is perfect for capturing memorable moments with your loved ones or colleagues. With a duration of 2 hours, you will receive 15 professionally edited photos digitally. Feel free to showcase your personal style with up to 3 outfit changes, and choose from an array of background colors. While we provide some props, feel free to bring along any additional props to personalize your shoot. This package accommodates groups of up to 6 people, with the option to add more individuals for an additional $35 per person.

This session is an introduction to Business Intelligence (BI). We cover site navigation, as well as review the default reports available and how to run those reports. **This session does not include custom built reports. For more information on building custom reports, please book an Advanced BI session.****Client will be billed for the entirety of the scheduled training session at the data team rate. Any additional time spent training, researching needs, submitting support cases, or providing follow up communications will be billed following the session at the current data team rate, billed in quarter hour increments.**
