Tauche ein in die Welt der Seifenherstellung und erlerne die Kunst des Seifesiedens in meinem praktischen, etwa 4-stündigen Workshop! Gemeinsam stellen wir 3 Seifen her – mit hochwertigen, natürlichen Zutaten und viel Kreativität. Was dich erwartet: maximal 6 Teilnehmer (ab 16 Jahre) für eine persönliche Betreuung und viel Raum für individuelle Fragen. Zuerst erkläre ich dir die Theorie des Seife sieden, damit du ein fundiertes Verständnis für die Herstellung von Seife bekommst. Dann steigen wir in die Praxis ein: In 2er-Teams stellen wir drei verschiedene Seifen her:- Pflegeseife: Mit hochwertigen Ölen für eine sanfte Hautpflege- Peelingseife: Mit natürlichen Peelingzusätzen für ein sanftes Peeling-Erlebnis- Haarseife: Die perfekte natürliche Pflege für dein Haar.Wir verwenden nur hochwertige Öle/Fette wie Shea- und Kakaobutter, Kokos-, Oliven- und Rizinusöl sowie natürliche Zutaten wie Kräuter, Blüten, Tonerde und ätherische Öle, um deine Seifen zu verfeinern.Sicherheitsausrüstung und alle notwendigen Geräte und Zutaten sind selbstverständlich inklusive.Da wir mit Natronlauge arbeiten, ist es wichtig, dass du während des Workshops lange Hosen und Ärmel sowie geschlossene Schuhe trägst, um deine Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. Am Ende des Workshops nimmst du jeweils 2 Stücke der selbstgemachten Seifen und 3 weitere Seifen mit nach Hause (incl. Kreative Seifenherstellung für kleine Entdecker!In meinem Seifen-Workshop für Kinder wird es kreativ und richtig spaßig! Hier können die Kinder ihre eigene Seife schmelzen, mit Glitzer und Duft verfeinern und dabei tolle, bunte Produkte zaubern, die sie anschließend mit nach Hause nehmen können.Was die Kinder erwartet: maximal 8 Teilnehmer (ab 6 Jahre) – für viel Spaß und persönliche Betreuung. Gemeinsam schmelzen wir Seife und verfeinern sie mit bunten Farben, Glitzer (biologisch abbaubar) und leckeren Düften. Wir stellen kreative Knetseifen, Duschjellys und spannendes Knisterbad her – perfekte kleine, selbstgemachte Pflegeprodukte für den Alltag! Les fascias, membrane qui enveloppe nos muscles et organes (entre autre), se relâchent alors doucement.Parvenir à relaxer profondément son corps jusqu’à trouver l’immobilité nécessite un lâcher prise mental total. Et se libérer mentalement est permis par l'accueil et le dépassement des sensations dans la posture.
