Let’s make it better. This massage focuses on your problem areas to address your individual needs. Medium to firm pressure is used through out the massage along with a variety of techniques and may include deep tissue, medi-cupping and Tok Sen “style” tapping. Tok Sen is a 5000 year old Thai Body technique that uses rhythmic tapping with wooden tools combined with Thai acupoints. This is not painful and does not cause bruising. This is not a traditional Thai Tok Sen massage, just a style of technique added to help loosen muscles and relax the body.

Aahh…Sometimes referred to as “Swedish Massage”, there are several benefits to this type of massage therapy. Relaxation massage stimulates the nervous system response leading to the production of endorphins in the brain creating an overall sense of wellbeing. Sessions can help relax the body, reduce stress and tension, control the respiration and heart rate, decrease blood pressure, stimulate blood flow and the lymphatic system, alleviate soreness, and aid in muscle recovery. The technique and strokes employed in relaxation massage are varied. Massage strokes are used to warm up the muscles, release tension, and release “knots”. The level of pressure and the depth of the massage can be dictated by the individual client, with the ultimate aim being the comfort and wellness of the client.
