Aromatherapy massage combines the benefits of Swedish massage (improved circulation, lymph drainage etc.)   with the added benefit of a blend of essential oils tailored to your specific needs. An aromatherapy massage uses the natural properties of essential oils to help relax your body and mind.Essential oils are extracted from herbs, flowers, and fruits. They add a beautifully fragrant aroma to any carrier oil which can then stimulate the senses by either invigorating and uplifting the mind and body or inducing a sense of calm and relaxation.

Therapeutic Massage is an individualised treatment focused on specific problem areas such as the neck, shoulders or back. Each session is tailored to relieve muscle tension, reduce discomfort and support recovery, combining therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation.

Face, neck and décolleté massage reduces muscle tension and restores their tone, slows down the aging process of the skin, and this contributes to the vitality and maintenance of well-groomed and healthy skin.
