This powerful 30-minute Reiki session provides an intensive transmission that aligns with what you need most acutely. Christine guides you through centering and balancing and then moves straight to the Reiki itself. Christine utilizes a time-honored distance symbol to open a channel for long-distance Reiki (LDR) transmission, reads your information field (otherwise known as your aura or field of consciousness), and allows therapeutic Reiki energy to gently saturate your field, providing deep relaxation, stress release, and emotional balancing. Before wrapping up your session, if you are open to it, Christine shares with you any messages she received or observed during your session.Note: For 2-3 days before each session, please be sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day (if you weigh 150 pounds, this would be about 75 ounces of water), and add in a pinch of sea salt per 20 ounces for electrolyte balancing.
