Strength class using no weights, just body weight. No equipment needed but an exercise mat is recommended if you have hard floors. Don't forget your trainers and water. Some classes I may ask if you have a resistance band/ towel or a chair available.

We listen to your vision, design a cohesive event, and book all your vendors in combination with providing our own rentals and services. Our team brings the mind and the muscle.
