You do not have access to the rear garden beyond the gate adjacent to the shed. Your deposit is at risk if this area is accessed, except in case of emergency exit use. The time you book includes your set-up and clean up time.  You will not be able to access the premises before your booked time as other groups operate in the Hall during these times.  Please ensure you are at the Hall no later than 10 minutes after the start of your booking in order to meet the keyholder. You must remain on the premises for the duration of your booked time to ensure the security of the Hall. You must vacate the Hall and carpark, and surrounding street parking no later than 10 minutes after your booked time for the convenience and comfort of other Hall users and our neighbours.
