This is a small (up to 6 people) class that focuses on accessible and slow paced asana, simple pranayama and meditation to create a safe space to connect to our body, slow the mind and deepen the relationship with ourselves. Supporting the, so often overstimulated, nervous system through mindful movement and breathing is at the heart of the practice. Suitable to all levels.

This trip can consist of fishing for Bull Reds along the Jetties, targeting Sheepshead on the reef in winter, or shark fishing. Please note: Cancellation fee is charged for any refunds processed of 15%.

The ¾ day trip has several options: live baiting for King Mackerel over the reef or bottom fishing. Bottom fishing species are determined by the depth of water. The ¾ day trip allows for you to select the targeted species of fish for the day. Fishing for King Mackerel can be an action-packed bite, depending on the time of year. On this trip, we will be leaving the dock at 5 am and returning that evening by 5 pm. On the offshore trip, you can expect to catch a wide variety of species, depending on the time of year. Blue marlin, Blackfin tuna, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, Sailfish, and King Mackerel.Please note: Cancellation fee is charged for any refunds processed of 15%.

Structural Integration single treatmentsallow 90mins / $175 Booking a single treatment is a great way to experience Structural Integration and see how it can assist you. While results can be achieved in one session it is often best to have a number of sessions spaced one to two weeks apart to get better and lasting results. After your first session we can discuss a treatment plan that will suit you if additional treatments are needed. The 12 Series12 Sessions / allow 90mins / $175 per session  The 12 Series is made up of 12 separate treatments spaced one or two weeks apart. Each treatment covers a specific territory of the body working from the superficial fascia to the deep fascia. The series is designed to unwind patterns held in the body as a result of poor posture, repetitive movements, trauma to the body or structural issues.  The 12-Series is the best way to get all the benefits of Structural Integration but it requires a reasonable time and financial commitment so I recommend having a single treatment first so you can get a feel for how I work and make sure I am the right practitioner for you.   The 3 Series3 Sessions / allow 90mins / $175 per session The 3 series is made up of three separate sessions. A specific territory is addressed in each session. The first session is dedicated to the lower body, the second to the upper body and the third and final session we bring it all together with spinal work. The 3 Series is best suited to those who have completed a 12-series and want a tune-up.   

allow 60mins / $120A gentle treatment to assist in releasing tension held on and around the scar. This will increase circulation in the area and improve movement of the tissue and may improve colour, texture and sensation on and around the scar. Scars can be any age but must be fully healed (generally at least 8 weeks after injury to tissue).
