Physiotherapy appointment following initial consultation or for returning clients presenting with a previously treated injury or condition. 

Private Pilates sessions facilitated on Reformer, mat, Wunda Chair, wall Tower and with additional small props and equipment.

A medium load is defined as but not limited too: ExamplesUp to 3 total kitchen appliances, furniture items or King sized mattresses.Loose items that can fit into the standard 6 ft bed of a truck but will exceed bed height.

A large load is defined as but not limited too: Examples4 - 6 total kitchen appliances and furniture items such as couches, dressers, furniture exceeding 100lbs.Loose items that must be hauled away with a full truck bed and 8x6 foot single axle trailer.Deposit of $50 is required upon booking. A refund will be issued if the service is cancelled.
