What to Expect:Our introductory session begins at 4.45 with tea. We will have introductions, a guided meditation and an introduction to the following sessions in which we will be looking to free past hurts and give us a sound base to rebuild. The session will be seated and accommodating to all. Comfortable clothes are advisable. Additional Notes: This is an introductory/taster session at £3, following sessions are more detailed and will be £8. Free parking is available immediately outside of the venue which is a beautifully quaint woodcraft cottage in Dunston.
