Many of us are a Mother, a Daughter, a Partner, an Employee but we have forgotten who we are. We have lost touch with our wants needs and desires which became trodden by the needs of others. In our circles we will support your journey of re-discovery and explore our soul purpose. Here in the safety and warmth of our circle you can bond with like minded women. Wether you want this to be your place to be heard without prejudice and judgement, or if you just want the opportunity to be in the company of others in delicious silence with no demands we are here for you. What to Expect:Our introductory session begins at 4.45 with tea. We will have introductions, a guided meditation and an introduction to the following sessions in which we will be looking to free past hurts and give us a sound base to rebuild. The session will be seated and accommodating to all. Comfortable clothes are advisable. Additional Notes: This is an introductory/taster session at £3, following sessions are more detailed and will be £8. Free parking is available immediately outside of the venue which is a beautifully quaint woodcraft cottage in Dunston. We are limiting numbers to the sessions so that you get the very best quality experience.
