Choose this service if you would like your pet to be collected from your home address. This service is for anyone who's pet has passed away at home or anyone who has an appointment booked with a vet for home euthanasia and would like us to collect their pet from home directly after.  Service Fees:- all Home Collections do incur a fee of $60Vet Appointment for Home Euthanasia – Home CollectionCollection must be a minimum of 1 (one) hour after your scheduled appointment with the vet. We require the minimum timeframe before our arrival as the euthanasia procedure can take up to 45 minutes to 1 hour to perform.We kindly ask that if the vet is running late and has not arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival time, please give us a call so we can delay our arrival. Please note - If your appointment is delayed past 4.30pm on the day after hours fees may apply dependent on travel distance. 

Choose this service if you would like your pet to be collected from a vet clinic. This service is for anyone who has an appointment booked with a vet clinic for their pet to be put to sleep or if your pet has already passed and is currently being held at a vet clinic ready for collection.Furry Friend Farewells will collect your pet from the vet clinic. When booking - how to choose a time slotChoose a time slot that is:- the time slot that is at least 1 hour after your appointment with your vet;- if your pet has already passed and waiting collection, choose the next available time slot - if the time slot you require is unavailable please choose the next available time slotPLEASE NOTE: The time slot you choose is only an indication to let us know that your pet is ready for collection. Your pet may not be collected within this timeframe but will be collected within 1 business day. Vet Collection is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm onlyYou DO NOT need to wait at the clinic for us.The vet clinic has the facilities to safely store and keep your pet safe until we arrive to collect. Please let the vet staff know you have made arrangements with us and they will be able to keep your pet safely stored until we arrive. Their facilities do allow for safe storage overnight or over the weekend if needed.Collection will be a minimum of 1 hour after your vet appointment time and within 1 business day. If your appointment is booked with your vet at 3pm or later, we will collect your pet on the following business day.
