Condo Amenities Room Booking Rules & RegulationsThank you for helping keep our shared amenities clean, safe, and enjoyable for all residents. Booking RequirementsThe amenities room must be reserved in advance through building management or the approved booking system.Only registered residents or unit owners may book the room.The resident who books the room is fully responsible for:The condition of the roomAll guests attendingAny damages or rule violations during the booking period Deposit & FeesAn $80 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking.The deposit will be refunded after the room has been inspected and confirmed to be:CleanUndamagedIn compliance with all room rules and condominium bylawsFailure to follow the rules may result in a partial or full loss of the deposit.Additional cleaning or repair costs beyond the deposit amount may be charged to the resident if necessary. Booking TimesBookings are only permitted during approved amenity hours.Setup and cleanup time must be included within your reserved booking time.Please ensure the room is vacated promptly at the end of your booking.???? Guests & ConductMaximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.Residents are responsible for the behavior of all guests.Excessive noise, disturbances, or complaints from neighboring residents are not permitted.Parties or gatherings that become disruptive may be ended immediately by management or security.Cleanliness ExpectationsBefore leaving the room, residents must:✔ Remove all garbage and personal belongings✔ Clean up food, drinks, and spills✔ Return furniture to its original layout✔ Remove all decorations✔ Leave the room in the same condition it was foundFailure to properly clean the room may result in cleaning charges and/or loss of deposit. Prohibited ActivitiesThe following are strictly prohibited inside the amenities room:Smoking or vapingIllegal activitiesOpen flames or candlesConfetti or glitterSmoke machinesDecorations that damage walls, ceilings, or furniture Food & BeveragesFood and beverages are permitted unless otherwise restricted by building management.Alcohol is only permitted in accordance with condominium policies and local laws.Residents are responsible for ensuring all food and beverages are cleaned up immediately after the event. Safety & SecurityEmergency exits and hallways must remain clear at all times.Doors, fobs, keys, or access devices must not be shared with non-residents.Residents must ensure guests respect building security and common areas.❌ CancellationsCancellations must be made at least ___ hours/days before the booking time.Failure to cancel or attend a reservation may result in booking restrictions or forfeiture of fees/deposits.⚠ Management RightsBuilding management reserves the right to:Refuse or cancel bookingsEnd events that violate building rulesCharge residents for damages or excessive cleaningSuspend future booking privileges for repeated violations✅ AgreementBy booking the amenities room, the resident acknowledges and agrees to comply with all condominium bylaws, building policies, and the rules listed above.
