It is a small closed group facilitated by two therapists with the aim to create a sense of safety together and explore how to manage trauma. You will be invited to engage in creative activities. The group meets for 75 minutes at the same time for 4 weeks. Session 1 - how to feel safe, window of tolerance, grounding and empathy, emergency box Session 2 - creating contained and safe space to manage difficult feelings of shame Session 3 - how to cultivate self-worth and re-frame time, visualising the past, present and future Session 4 - self-care, going back to basics; food, mood and movement
