Je vous reçois pour une première séance individuelle d'une durée d'environ 1h à 1h30 durant laquelle nous échangerons sur les problèmes que vous rencontrez et sur les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre par la pratique de l'hypnose et/ou de la sophrologie. Ce temps d'échange sera suivi d'un temps de pratique.La séance se fera par téléconsultation.
