These sessions are there for us to explore why you are feeling stuck within your life. We will explore what's holding you back, I will set home work for you to do outside of the session.nothing to heavey.These sessions are for those who want to start a journey of self-discovery and want to start moving their life in a more positive direction.i will be using psychology knowledge, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which aims to challenge your thought patterns and cycles of behaviours that do keep us trapped within our life.These sessions are preferable in blocks of 3,4,5 6 or 8 and can be paid per session. They do not have to be weekly they can be two weekly. Please note These are not counselling sessions and i am not a counsellor.
