Purtroppo molte condizioni (allettamento, difficoltà di deambulazione, convalescenza da ricoveri) non permettono di recarsi in studio, ma non di meno necessitano di una valutazione nutrizionale e di una terapia volta a migliorare il quadro clinico, a compensare e/o supportare la terapia medica in atto. Per questo è possibile richiedere una visita domiciliare scrivendomi tramite mail o WhatsApp. Non dimenticate di lasciarmi il vostro indirizzo!!!

Give your body and mind the experience of complete relaxation, embraced by floating, colorful lights and soft music. The Zerobody system allows you to float in warm water, gravity-free, without without getting wet. As you float, your body is suspended to remove pressure from your spine and your entire body in general.What you should wear: Wear lightweight clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt What you should know about the Zerobody experience: The water in the Zerobody system is heated to 40°C so that your muscles can relax stress-free. You will not get wet (other than generating your own sweat). The water is encased in a thin plastic cushion that fills as you are emersed into the Zerobody experience. So you get to be gravity-free without getting wet.

Starting with pranayama followed by balancing and more intense activity, this class encourages a deeper release of muscular tension. A deeply relaxing experience is achieved at the end of the lesson with the help of singing bowls and essential oils.
